1. Return Terms
At West Trend, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may return products within 14 days of receipt.
2. Return Requirements
For a product to be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Product must be undamaged
- Order receipt or invoice must be provided
3. Return Process
To return a product:

- After our confirmation, ship the product back
- Product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse
4. Refunds
After the product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment will be returned to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless product is defective)
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., size or color), contact us. We will arrange the exchange if the item is available.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Underwear and swimwear (if packaging is opened)
- Sale or promotional items (unless specifically noted)
- Damaged or used products
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
